size()<CAPACITY

Hi! My program keeps on crashing when it reaches the last part of test3 in sequence_exam. The error message said that size()< CAPACITY failed. It appeared as though I passed all the other part of the test but that one. I don't know how to fix.

Is anyone having the same problem? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
