  • Professor Zhigang Zhu is the PI on a grant for "A System Approach to Adaptive Multi-modal Sensor Designs", under the AFOSR Discovery Challenge Thrusts (DCTs). The Co-PI of this award is Professor Harvey Rhody at Rochester Institute of Technology. This is a four-year grant for $1,234,417. [further detail]

  • Professor Zhigang Zhu gave an invited talk on Sensor and Vision Technologies for Protecting New York City at Conference on Emergency Preparedness, Queens Hospital Center Emergency Management Committee, Wednesday, February 13, 2008.
